The world's largest and best fun run the 'Inflatable 5k’ has got even bigger and bouncier! With 32 gigantic obstacles and five pumping music zones to keep you motivated around the course, this is a fun filled event for the whole family, suitable for ages 5+. Events are held across the country between April and October with a choice of distances. The 2.5k and 5k races are perfect to get the whole family involved in! Feeling adventurous? Then try 10k or 15k!

Take on the Inflatable 5k challenge for Support Dogs, and you will join a team of people who are striving to transform the lives of people living with the most challenging conditions. We will support you the whole way through your fundraising journey to help make your challenge a success!

All runners will receive a personalised Support Dogs running vest, and we can also provide one of our dog suits to those feeling extra adventurous!
